Ordering steps

Have you ever wondered what happens once your purchase has been validated?  What happens after validation? These are the questions we're going to answer today by describing and explaining all the steps after your purchase.

Waiting for payment or bank transfer

Once you've paid for your purchase, there are two possibilities: you've paid by credit card and the payment has been validated directly. Or you may have chosen PayPal or bank transfer, in which case verification may take a little longer.

Indeed, PayPal may decide to carry out a number of checks before validating the payment.

In the case of a bank transfer, it's up to the customer to do this once we've sent them our bank details by e-mail.

Payment accepted

Once the validations have been made, your order becomes "payment accepted", and we receive it electronically so that we can process it.

Processing in progress

Your order has been received and is being processed by our team.

Delivery to the carrier

Once the order has been prepared and is ready for dispatch, it is packaged and assigned a tracking number. It is then handed over to the delivery service you have chosen.

Delivered

Your order has reached you and is closed on our side.

Some exceptions...

This diagram corresponds to orders for which there are no technical problems. Unfortunately, between the time you place your order and the time we receive it, stocks may change and your product may be out of stock. In this case, the order will be marked "product unavailable" and we will contact you by e-mail to explain the situation.

If you request a refund, this will also be indicated on the order tracking page until the refund is received, at which point the order will be closed.
