Shipping Fees:

At Phenix Airsoft, we offer a single carrier: Colissimo, with delivery available to your home or a pickup point. You can choose between home delivery, pickup point, or post office delivery.

Shipping fees are calculated per 1 kg increment.
The maximum weight is 20 kg for orders delivered to "Mon Commerçant" Colissimo pickup points, as well as Chronopost pickup points.
For home or post office deliveries, the maximum weight is 30 kg.

Returns:

For any warranty return request, you must use the contact form available in the "Contact Us" section of our website.

Withdrawal requests can be made directly from your order history, using the dedicated button.
In accordance with regulations, return shipping costs in the case of withdrawal are borne by the buyer.
Returned products must be properly protected to avoid any damage during transport.
