Delivery charges: At Phenix Airsoft, we offer only one carrier: Colissimo, with possible home delivery or pick-up point delivery. You can choose between home delivery, pick-up point delivery or post office delivery.

Delivery charges are calculated per 1 kg tranche. The maximum weight is 20 kg for orders delivered at "My Merchant" relay points of the Colissimo offer, as well as for Chronopost relay points. For home deliveries and post office deliveries, the maximum weight is 30 kg.

If you notice upon receiving your package that it is damaged, opened or has been repackaged by postal services, we recommend you to refuse the delivery. In case of acceptance of a package showing signs of damage or opening, it is up to you to immediately report these anomalies to the carrier and inform us. Acceptance of the package without reservation may make any subsequent dispute regarding a potentially missing or damaged item more difficult.

Returns: For any warranty return request, it is mandatory to go through the contact form available in the "Contact Us" section of our site.

Retractions are made via your order, in the history of your orders, using the dedicated button. In accordance with regulations, return costs in the event of retraction are borne by the buyer. Returned products must be carefully protected to avoid any damage during transport.
