Your order will be delivered to the address you provided when ordering.

Phenix Airsoft offers 3 modes of delivery:

- Either the delivery with SO Colissimo delivered against signature or by post office or in a point relay partner, or at home.

- Either directly to the store (address & opening times listed above)

- Either the Chronopost home delivery or relay point.

PHENIX AIRSOFT / AS IMPORT strives to meet the delivery times mentioned on the site. However we can not be held responsible for consequences due to late delivery or loss of packages caused by a third party or by your act or because of some unforeseen reason constitutes a case of force majeure.

In case of non receipt of a package within the specified time, an investigation is conducted with the carrier and may take several days (eg 21 days for the Post Office). During this period, no refund or return can be made.

On receipt of your order, we recommend checking the conformity of products delivered with your order and to indicate, if necessary, on the delivery note and the form of handwritten reserves accompanied by your signature, any anomaly concerning them.

We inform you that a delay in delivery 24h / 48h is possible for the delivery of your order. Indeed, for security reasons, all orders paid by credit card are subject to verification by us. Additional information may be requested to validate your purchase (see Article 10 - Failure to pay).

Returns

In the case of a defect in your product, a prior request from our customer service must be made. No packages will be accepted if it is not in its original packaging with all accessories (manuals, cords, remote controls, guarantees, etc.) and will not contain any registration and for wear. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.121-20 and following of the Consumer Code, the consumer has a period of 14 days from the date of delivery of his order to return any item does not suit him and ask the exchange or refund.
