Gases in Airsoft, what are PSI?

In Airsoft, we use gas to operate some of our replicas, there are several gas cylinders with recommended operating temperatures and different PSI.

But what is PSI?

Definition: PSI (Pound per Square Inch), is an Anglo-Saxon unit of pressure not to be confused with the Pascal of the international system noted Pa.

To make it much simpler: "it's the pressure of the gas contained in the bottle", so the more PSI there is, the faster your ball will be (Increase in FPS).

ATTENTION ! Some replicas do not support gases with high PSI.

We advise you for replicas with ABS cylinder head gases with maximum 130 PSI.
