The replica is primarily made of reinforced polymer with nylon fibers and metal parts. The polymer used is characterized by high strength, a rough texture, and a matte finish.

The most important parts are made of metal, namely: the flash hider, outer barrel, dummy slide, ejection port, fire selector switch, cylinder head release button, magazine clip, sling mount, pins, sight, and charging handle.

In addition to the aforementioned internal parts (TDC Magnus™ chamber, Æther™ gearbox frame, Helium™ rubber grommet, sealed aluminum nozzle), you will find inside the replica, among other things:

- 8mm slide bearings
- steel gears
- a polycarbonate plastic piston with all-steel springs
- a high-quality 6.03mm precision barrel

The replica uses a quick-change spring system, ESA™. This allows you to quickly and efficiently adapt the replica's power to the expected conditions on the playing field, without needing access to a workshop or a range of specialized tools.
