History:

Replacing the Mp38, which became famous during the Spanish Civil War, the MP40 was immediately conceived asa weapon for mass production. Simplicity of materials and methods of production (the machining of the Mp38 was replaced by stamping and welding of parts.Innovative in its design, this weapon was a very bad experience for all those who had to face it. Compact gauge made it an ideal weapon for armored crews and vehicles.
